We are currently looking for local & Scottish traders to attend our next Highland Games event, Saturday 1st June 2024.

Stall applications will be made available in a couple of months.

Terms & Conditions

​

1. Applicants must submit a completed entry form with appropriate remittance in advance of the Games. A permit will be issued allowing entry to the arena for the applicant and his/her accompanying stand assistants.  A maximum of 4 stand assistants are allowed.

2. Exhibitors may not sub-let any portion of space allocated to them.

3. There is no electricity supply available on site.

4. No turf may be lifted except where absolutely necessary, in which instance, prior permission must be obtained from the secretary. Any costs incurred in respect of reinstatement of the ground must be borne by the exhibitor.

5. Exhibitors must not promote their activities by creating excessive noise or any other annoying behaviour.

6. Helensburgh and Lomond Highland Games, its officers and officials shall not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss, however caused, which may be incurred by any exhibitor, or his/her representative, or to their property whilst on site.

7. Each exhibitor shall be solely responsible for any injury, damage or loss which may be done to; or occasioned by; or arising from; any machinery or other article; or property belonging to him/her; or activity performed by him/her. It is thus a condition of entry that each exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless Helensburgh and Lomond Highland Games from action, suit, expense or claim on account of any such injury, damage or loss.

8. Helensburgh and Lomond Highland Games, Its officers and officials will not be responsible for any claim for compensation or otherwise in regard to holding or withholding of the Games or for anything arising out of or connected to herewith.

9. Exhibitors must undertake a risk assessment in respect of any stand and associated equipment brought on site.

10. Exhibitors must submit copies of liability insurance and risk assessment when submitting their completed application form.

11. TRADE STANDS MUST BE SET UP AND READY TO OPERATE BY 9.30.AM ON THE DAY. ACCESS TO THE ARENA FOR TRADE SPACE HOLDERS VEHICLES WILL NOT BE PERMITTED BEYOND THIS TIME.

12. EXIT FROM SITE WILL ALSO BE RESTRICTED TO VEHICLES UNTIL CLOSE OF THE EVENT AT 5.30.PM.
